Returns Policy
We’re here to help with your return! If your item is not quite what you expected, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please return items in their original condition and packaging, as used or damaged goods may not qualify for a full refund. We ask that you check all items upon delivery. Please let us know within 7 days if there’s any damage so we can assist with a replacement.
How to Return:
We offer free returns on all Happy Homewares orders through Royal Mail. To initiate your return, please click here or use the Royal Mail Returns link below

Through this link, you can either generate a label to print or obtain a QR code to show at the Post Office or to your collection driver. You can drop off your parcel at any Post Office location or, if more convenient, arrange a collection from your address. Please ensure your order number is correctly entered when completing the return form to avoid any delays.

Christmas Returns: For orders placed after November 1, Christmas returns are accepted until January 14th, with items unused and in their original packaging.
We’ll arrange a total replacement or replacement parts for faulty items or damaged parts. Thank you for choosing Happy Homewares!
